Team So Real Releases NEW Music “Thru My Eyes” and “Changing Shifts”

Team So Real Presents Shaziik (sha-zeek) aka Da Soul Controller will present his debut singles, “Thru My Eyes” and “Changing Shifts” on March 17, 2015.
Team So Real is a close group of friends and family, who share the same passion for making music. Originally from New Jersey, Shaziik was born in the city of Hackensack , but raised in Jersey City and East Orange. Shaziik (sha-zeek) is the front-runner on the label to put an album out. The older brother, Rashad Hemingway, is the founder and top producer of Team So Real .
In 1994, Shaziik (sha-zeek) started rapping at an early age and was influenced into the industry by his older cousins. They coached him on how to record in a professional recording studio back when they were pursuing a career in music. During that time, he became a part of a crew called; Dark Reality,which consist of many emcees. Shaziik (shaziik) teamed up with a member of the crew and formed the duo called, The Soul Controllers. They began recording music and performing at local shows in Newport News, Virginia,where he was sent to finish high school because of the trouble he was having growing up in East Orange New Jersey.
Eventually, Dark Reality and the Soul Controllers parted ways because of the struggles of every day life trying to feed their families and make a career out of rap music. Rashad Hemingway, the founder of Team So Real, revived the movement of Dark Reality by building his own recording studio and becoming a music producer.
